Ommpo Care Circle is not a home care agency, repair company, security service, medical provider, or financial institution. It is the independent coordination and oversight layer connecting the pieces of an older adult's life at home. This page states the limits of each service plainly.

Ommpo does not replace the family, caregiver, healthcare provider, or emergency services. It connects the information surrounding them. Oversight is nonclinical.
Ommpo coordinates visibility and documentation. It is not a security company, an emergency-response provider, or a substitute for law enforcement. Arrival visibility depends on the technology present in the home.
Verification reduces uncertainty but does not guarantee a caregiver's conduct or performance. Ommpo does not employ, place, supervise, or direct caregivers. Private caregiver placement and an open caregiver marketplace are on the waiting list — join it and we will reach out when they go live.
"Vetted" describes a documented review process. Ommpo does not guarantee a vendor's future conduct, pricing, or workmanship, and no vendor is an Ommpo employee. Complaint history is reviewed only where reasonably available.
Ommpo does not diagnose technical problems, perform repairs, or guarantee workmanship. Membership does not create a repair warranty or a service contract. Contractor labor, materials, permits, inspections, installation, and emergency premiums are paid separately by the family.
The review is nonclinical and identifies visible conditions only. It is not an inspection, engineering assessment, code review, or occupational-therapy evaluation. Complex accessibility recommendations are referred to a qualified specialist.
Ommpo does not act as a bank, financial adviser, accountant, fiduciary, or legal representative, and does not hold or move funds. The senior or authorized family member retains payment authority at all times.
Ommpo documents and escalates concerns according to established procedures. It does not diagnose medical conditions, investigate crimes, or replace emergency, adult protective, or law-enforcement services.
Not emergency care, diagnosis, treatment, medication management, or a substitute for the senior's physician. Summaries are shared only with authorized recipients.

Ommpo provides risk indicators and verification assistance. It cannot guarantee that every scam will be detected, or that any reviewed communication is safe, and it never states that a message is definitively safe. Ommpo assists with fraud-response navigation but does not recover funds or provide legal advice.
