Is Ommpo Care a home care agency?
No. Ommpo Care is not a home care agency, and we do not provide hands-on personal care, medical services, or skilled nursing. Instead, we work alongside the caregivers, agencies, and providers you already use to help ensure everything is coordinated, monitored, and working as it should.

How does Ommpo Care work?
Once you join, we begin with an onboarding process to understand your home setup, caregivers, vendors, needs, and priorities. From there, we provide ongoing oversight, coordination, updates, and proactive support based on your selected plan.
Do I need to switch my caregivers or providers?
No. You can keep your existing caregivers, home care agency, contractors, and service providers. Ommpo Care works alongside your existing support network to help improve visibility and accountability.
How quickly can services begin?
Most clients can begin onboarding within a few days. Our team works quickly to assess your situation, identify priorities, and put the right oversight in place.
Do you offer support for emergencies?
Yes. While Ommpo Care is designed to proactively prevent issues before they escalate, we also help families navigate urgent home-related situations such as repair issues, missed visits, and service disruptions.
Do you monitor caregivers?
We help families maintain visibility into caregiver schedules, attendance, and communication. Depending on your plan, we can help verify visits, flag missed appointments, and identify patterns that may indicate gaps in care.
Do you provide caregivers directly?
No. We do not employ or place caregivers. Our role is to provide oversight and help families ensure that care already in place is being delivered consistently and safely.
Can Ommpo Care help with long-distance caregiving?
Yes. Ommpo Care is especially valuable for families supporting loved ones from another city or state. We help provide peace of mind through updates, coordination, and early issue detection.
Do you coordinate home repairs and maintenance?
Yes. We help coordinate trusted vendors, oversee repair scheduling, review estimates, and help ensure work is completed properly.
Do you mark up vendor services?
No. Ommpo Care does not add hidden markups or accept kickbacks. Our role is to protect your home and help ensure transparency and fair service.
Can you help prevent scams or overcharging?
Yes. One of our core services is helping protect seniors and families from predatory vendors, unnecessary repairs, inflated pricing, and financial exploitation.
Do you review bills and invoices?
Yes. Depending on your plan, we help review care-related invoices, monitor for unexpected changes, and flag irregular charges.
Will I receive updates?
Yes. Families receive clear updates, reports, and alerts based on their selected level of service. Our goal is to keep you informed without overwhelming you.
What plans do you offer?
Ommpo Care offers tiered monthly plans designed around different levels of oversight and support. Plans may include home monitoring, caregiver verification, vendor management, billing oversight, and concierge coordination.
Is there a long-term contract?

What is the RN Wellness Check-In?
The RN Wellness Check-In is an optional monthly virtual wellness support service designed to help families feel more confident about their loved one’s overall well-being.
Is the RN Wellness Check-In medical care?
No. The RN Wellness Check-In is not medical treatment, diagnosis, or clinical care. It is a wellness-focused support conversation intended to provide general observations, education, and added peace of mind.
Is my information secure?
Yes. We take privacy and confidentiality seriously. Client information is handled with care and only shared when necessary to support services and coordination.
