Terms of Service
Ommpo Care provides administrative oversight and verification services. We do not provide medical, nursing, or hands-on care. Our 'Verification' status is based on public state registries and documentation provided by third-party agencies. While we aim for 100% accuracy, Ommpo Care is not liable for the individual conduct of third-party caregivers.

Ommpo Care Terms of Service
Welcome to Ommpo Care. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, website, communications, and membership plans. By accessing or using Ommpo Care, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
Ommpo Care is a home oversight, care coordination support, and aging-in-place protection platform designed to help older adults and families navigate home-related risks, caregiver oversight, vendor coordination, and family reporting.
Important: Ommpo Care is not:
• A home health agency
• A nursing agency
• A licensed medical provider
• A fiduciary, guardian, or legal representative
• An emergency response service
• A repair company
We provide non-clinical support, coordination, oversight, recommendations, and reporting services only.
2. Services Provided
Depending on the selected plan, Ommpo Care may provide:
• Monthly wellness and oversight check-ins
• Caregiver verification and visit oversight
• Home access monitoring support
• Billing oversight and rate creep review
• Red flag detection and escalation alerts
• Vendor recommendations and repair coordination
• Family reporting and communication updates
• RN Wellness Check-In (if selected as an add-on)
All services are subject to availability, plan level, and service area.
3. No Medical or Clinical Care
Ommpo Care does not provide:
• Medical diagnosis
• Treatment
• Nursing care
• Medication management
• Hands-on patient care
• Therapy or rehabilitation
Any RN Wellness Check-In service offered through Ommpo Care is:
• Informational only
• Non-diagnostic
• Non-treatment based
• Not intended to replace a physician, home health nurse, or emergency care provider
You should always contact:
• 911 for emergencies
• A licensed physician for medical concerns
• A licensed home health agency for skilled care needs
4. Membership and Fees
Ommpo Care offers recurring monthly membership plans.
Membership Terms:
• Membership fees are billed monthly in advance.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• You authorize Ommpo Care to charge your payment method on file.
• Pricing may change with advance written notice.
Late / Failed Payments:
If payment fails:
• Services may be paused or suspended.
• Account access may be restricted.
• Membership may be canceled.
5. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Ommpo Care makes reasonable efforts to provide high-quality oversight and support. However, we do not guarantee:
• Prevention of falls, injuries, emergencies, or hospitalization
• Prevention of caregiver misconduct
• Vendor availability or workmanship
• Repair completion timelines
• Family dispute resolution
• Health outcomes
Ommpo Care is a support layer and does not eliminate all risks associated with aging in place.
6. Vendor and Third-Party Services
Ommpo Care may recommend or coordinate with:
• Contractors
• Handymen
• Plumbers
• Electricians
• Caregivers
• Other service providers
Important:
• Ommpo Care does not directly employ or control third-party vendors unless explicitly stated.
• Vendor services are subject to separate agreements between you and the vendor.
• Ommpo Care is not liable for:
◦ Vendor workmanship
◦ Delays
◦ Pricing disputes
◦ Damage caused by vendors
We may assist in communication and coordination, but the final decision to hire any vendor remains yours.
7. Family Reporting and Communications
If family members or authorized contacts are included:
• You authorize Ommpo Care to share agreed-upon updates and reports.
• You confirm you have authority to allow such communication.
Ommpo Care is not responsible for:
• Family disagreements
• Misunderstanding of reports
• Decisions made by family members based on information provided
8. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Provide accurate information
• Notify us of important changes in care needs
• Maintain safe access to the property when needed
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Use services in good faith
You understand that failure to provide accurate information may impact service quality.
9. Privacy and Data Use
Ommpo Care respects your privacy.
By using our services, you consent to:
• Collection of contact information
• Service-related notes
• Family contact preferences
• Home and care environment observations relevant to services provided
Ommpo Care will take commercially reasonable steps to safeguard your information.
We do not sell private client information to third parties.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Ommpo Care, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
• Indirect damages
• Incidental damages
• Consequential damages
• Emotional distress claims
• Loss of income
• Property damage caused by third parties
• Medical outcomes
Liability Cap:
Our maximum liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Ommpo Care during the three (3) months preceding the claim.
11. Emergency Situations
Ommpo Care is not an emergency service.
Do not rely on Ommpo Care for:
• Medical emergencies
• Fire
• Police assistance
• Immediate crisis response
In emergencies:
• Call 911 immediately
12. Termination
Either party may cancel membership at any time.
Ommpo Care may suspend or terminate services for:
• Nonpayment
• Abuse of staff
• Unsafe conditions
• Fraudulent activity
• Misuse of services
Termination does not waive any unpaid amounts owed.
13. Intellectual Property
All Ommpo Care content, reports, materials, website content, branding, and communications remain the property of Ommpo Care.
You may not:
• Reproduce
• Resell
• Copy
• Modify
without written permission.
14. Changes to Terms
Ommpo Care may update these Terms from time to time.
We will post updated Terms on our website. Continued use of services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Georgia.
