What is the
RN Wellness Check-In?

A virtual monthly touchpoint that gives families additional visibility and reassurance — a professional, compassionate layer of observation on top of Ommpo's oversight.

A second set of eyes you can count on.

During each session, a licensed registered nurse connects with your loved one and/or family to discuss general wellness, review changes in daily routines, and identify non-emergency concerns that may need follow-up.

It helps families stay informed, feel more confident, and take action earlier when something feels off — without replacing your doctor or care team.

More than updates.
Reassurance.

Families often want more than updates — they want to know someone qualified is paying attention. The Wellness Check-In provides that added confidence.
