Through scheduled video visits, a Registered Nurse observes general well-being, notices subtle changes, and shares easy-to-understand insights with your family. It's a non-clinical second set of eyes — monthly on Complete, weekly on Concierge, and twice-weekly or as needed on Total Care. On Essential it's available as a $59/mo add-on.
A one-time $149 onboarding fee covers caregiver verification and a baseline home assessment, where we map the home, the caregivers and vendors involved, and what matters most to your family. It's waived on annual plans and on Total Care. Most families can begin within a few days.
