Is this medical care?

No. RN Wellness Check-In™ is a non-clinical wellness support service. We do not diagnose, prescribe, treat, or replace medical care from your physician. Our RNs provide general wellness guidance, help you think through symptoms and habits, and flag when something is worth raising with your doctor — but the doctor remains the doctor.

Is the first session really free?

Yes. Meet your nurse, walk through your first 30-minute session, get your first wellness summary — all before any subscription begins. No card on file until you've decided the format works for you. The $129/month starts only after the first session is complete.

Who is my nurse?

A US-licensed Registered Nurse (RN), background-checked, with at least five years of clinical experience and additional training in wellness coaching and senior care. You see the same nurse every month when scheduling permits — continuity is the point. You'll meet them on your first session and we'll introduce them by name.

What do you actually talk about?

Whatever's on your mind. Common topics: sleep quality, energy and fatigue, hydration, stress and mood, medication and supplement routines, fall prevention, dietary habits, recent changes you've noticed. We also walk through questions you want to bring to your physician, and your RN will help you phrase them clearly.

Can I use this for my aging parent?

Yes — and many of our members do. The membership is per-person; you can hold one for yourself, one for a parent, or both. If you're setting it up for a parent, you can be looped into the post-session summary (with their consent), so you stay informed without managing every call yourself.

Who sees the summaries?

You do — always. Anyone else only if you explicitly opt them in: a spouse, an adult child, a sibling. You can change who's looped in at any time, per session if you want. Loop-in, not surveillance — that's the principle.

What about privacy and HIPAA?

All sessions run on encrypted video with audited records, and we operate to HIPAA-conscious standards across the platform. Because we're a non-clinical wellness service, we're not technically a "covered entity" under HIPAA — but we've designed our consent flows, data handling, and access controls as though we were.

Can I upgrade to Home + Wellness later?

Yes — at any time, prorated. Home + Wellness ($229/mo) bundles RN Wellness Check-In with Repair Concierge and caregiver oversight. You keep your nurse, your session history, your summaries — you just add the other pieces around them.
